GNB Bancorporation is seeking applicants for a Human Resources Generalist to be located in Ackley or Iowa Falls, Iowa. In collaboration with the HR Director, this position ensures HR’s programs, policies and processes strategically support the goals of the holding company’s subsidiary banks and businesses. The HR Generalist will be involved in the management of human resources functions including:

• compensation and benefits
• policy development
• payroll
• recruitment
• training
• and employee retention
